Job Description

You are deputed as an Inspector at customer end

Your job will be to carry out Quality Inspection of parts and vehicles using quality tools used in Automotive Industry

You have experience of working in Quality department in Automotive industry

Job Responsibilities:

Sorting and rework of parts

Knowledge of drawing reading, using measurement tools such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer Screw gauge is essential

Experience in doing basic rework of parts such as rust removal, de-burring, basic paint rework etc.

Knowledge of typical defects observed in different commodities such as casting, Forging, machining, Plastic molding, sheet metal etc. (as applicable for the particular project)

Reporting the work done on daily basis to Supervisor

Inspection of vehicle exterior, interior based on provided inspection criteria (as applicable for particular project)
