Review of Quality Control Plan & Inspection Test Procedure as per Customer specification.

• Make shop procedures like hydro test, Water fill up test, PMI procedure and shop relative

work procedure & weld map.

• Review & Approval of supplier QAP.

• System in process & final Inspection & Report making.

• Document& MTC’s review as per ASME,ASTM,EN codes & Standards.

• Inward Inspection.

• Review of Material Traceability.

• Painting Inspection & Control on painting process.

• Awareness of ASME, ASTM, EN standards, WPS, PQR & WPQ as per ASME and EN, RT,

LPT & PMI.

Inspection activity as per Customer requirement, Expediting & Monitoring.

• Third party inspection at various engineering industries of process equipment,

pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tanks as per customer QAP and applicable

codes requirements.
