Desired Educational qualification: Diploma/ . Mechanical

Work Experience: 0-1 yr.

Salary Range: - per month.

Job Roles and responsibility:

1) Hourly inspection of part at all stations ( CNC/VMC machine)

2) Ensure availability of required gauges and instruments on each stations.

3) Follow Setup approval system.

4) Recording of 4M change management as per 4M change WI

5) NC handling according to system ( Rejection & Rework)

6) Daily rejection analysis and immediate implementation of actions

7) Ensure only calibrated instruments and gauges are being used at all stations

8) Ensure availability of Limit and Master samples at all stations.

9) Ensure and follow Part Traceability system

10) Ensure 5S at work area

11) Daily SPC of critical parameters of parts
