Designation: Quality Engineer
Responsibilities of candidates include:
Manage all quality related activities
Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause
corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance
Coordinate customer visits and audits
Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.
Subject matter expert for all things quality including Quality Plans, FMEAs, auditing, corrective and preventative actions, and sampling methodologies for Incoming Quality Control (IQC), assembly, and OQC.
High-volume manufacturing experience with a detailed understanding of production processes, testing, kitting, and packaging of electronic products.
Conduct manual and automated testing. Develop and maintain standards for managing the QA documentation and deliverables.
Should have the ability to Solve Problems at the supplier end.
Solid understanding of test equipment
Able to establish test setup as per testing requirements
Should have knowledge on inspecting PCB, BOM, Cold checks, Functional checks, Neckbands, Charger, TWS, Cable harness, Environmental tests, trouble shootings and Final Integration Inspections.
Should have knowledge of reading schematics and wiring drawings.
Should have knowledge of Programming /Flashing PCB / Packaging
Knowledge of MS office / Advance Excel/ SAP Knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile:
1- 3 years of relevant Experience
Qualification: (Electronics) - Candidates from the mobile industry will be preferred
IT Skills : Advance Excel / Worked on SAP
Salary: 2 Lakh Annual / Negotiable for the right Candidate
Location: Kundli/ Sonipat (Haryana) / Candidate will be preferred from nearby location
