1. Verification & first piece approval.

2. Selection & review of measuring equipment & special gauges for better detection control.

3. To lay down Quality Plan for Final Inspection.

4. Verify product dimension, material, strength, etc.

5. To check Quality dimensions as per drawing.

6. Make reports of parts as per as sampling plan at final inspection.

7. Proper knowledge of moulding, plating, etc.

8. Coordinate with vendor & suggestions to quality trends.

9. Give instructions under machining problem to vendor or to machine operator.

10. Follow the 5s & kaizen for getting continuous quality.

11. House Keeping your section.

12. Maintain 5 ‘S’ in your section.

13. Maintain Documents.

14. Daily reporting end of duty.
