7. Monthly MRM Meeting.

8. Monthly Trends Display.

9. Attend Daily Red Bin Meeting.

10. Review of Closing of Customer NCs & complaints on timely.

11. Review of supplier audits Plan & adherence.

12. Update Customer Complaint Register timely.

13. New System implementation and documents distribution.

14. Ensure Proper handling of Gauges.

15. Review of training of Final inspectors (Multitasking).

16. Manpower matrix of Final Inspection.

17. VA/VE Activity.

18. 5’s Maintain.

19. Review of department wise documents on weekly basis.
