Job Summary:

As a QC & Debugging Technician in PCB manufacturing, your role is vital in ensuring the quality and reliability of our printed circuit boards. You'll be responsible for inspecting PCBs, identifying defects, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high standards of production.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:Conduct visual inspections and use testing equipment to spot defects.

Maintain quality standards and document inspection results.

Debugging:Analyze and fix manufacturing defects, ensuring PCB functionality.

Collaborate with engineers and suggest process improvements.

Compliance & Documentation:Ensure compliance with industry standards and record-keeping.

Generate reports on quality performance and defect trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; electronics degree or certification preferred.

Experience in Debugging complex SMT components

PCB manufacturing experience with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in diagnostic tools and problem-solving.

Knowledge of industry standards and teamwork skills.
