To analyses samples of Raw Materials, in process, Intermediates, Finished Product, and Packing & Recovered Materials.

To analyse stability samples and prepare stability data as per schedule.

Prepare working standard for Intermediates & Finished Product.

Prepare records for Reference & working standard.

To do the Analytical method validation

To calibrate the instruments & equipment’s as per established method and schedule

To prepare the volumetric solution, reagent, standardized it & keep the record.

To maintain, Review all Instrument log book & Column log book.

To prepare control & stability sample records.

To prepare certificate of analysis of each material & record it.

To maintain proper entries of laboratory consumables, Glass wares.

To review and release the Raw materials, In-process, Intermediate, packing and recovered materials.

To review all Instrument log book & Column log book.

To review control & stability sample records.

To train and evaluate the performance of analyst and guide subordinate for smooth laboratory work.
