Review and revision of SOP��s and formats work instructions.
Maintain and records of documents.
Investigate customer complaints, provide time bound resolution and ensure adherence to
Quality Parameters.
Implementation of CAPA.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Coordinate & support on side audits conducted by customers and other external agencies.
Discussing inspection results & conclusion with production and manager.
Reject all the incoming raw materials that fails to comply quality expectations & report to
concern dept.
Ensure products meet customer satisfactions as per requirements and specification.�
Carried out stage wise & final stage inspection and issued a COA at final stage.
Maintain 5S system for continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and conducting audits to maintain quality standards.
Controlling waste and minimizing redo jobs by implementing effective quality checking
procedures during production.
