Quality Management Systems: Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, and other relevant quality standards.

Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly to various stakeholders, including production teams and upper management.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of rubber manufacturing processes and materials.

Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to rubber manufacturing.
