reparing Shade Cards

checking of Artwork Against the Approved Artwork from Customer.

monitor all Operations that Affect Quality

preparing Shade Cards and Maintaining Its Record.

proof Reading and Shade Approval for Offset and Flexo.

checking of Printed Jobs as per Dispatch Schedule.

following Ipqc (in Process Quality Control) During Printing, Punching, Sorting, Pasting and Packing. Assure the Reliability and Consistency of Production By Checking Processes and Final Output

ensuring Coa (certificate of Authenticity).

maintaining the Qc Instruments, Calibration Certificates, Sop (standard Operating Procedure) Formats & Fire Equipments.

providing Shade Card to Sorting Department.

preparing and Maintaining Iso Documentation.

ensure all Legal Standards are Met

review Current Standards and Policies.

report all Malfunctions to Production Executives to Ensure Immediate Action

keep Records of Quality Reports, Statistical Reviews and Relevant Documentation

preparing Capa in Client Quaternary Form.

ensuring Preparation of Documents for Audit as per Customers Requirement.

to Develop the Sample as per Requirement of the Customer.

to Do Analyses of the Sample Given By the Marketing Person and Prepare the Analysis Report.
