should Be B. Tech. (5 Yrs. Exp.) or M. Tech. (2yrs Exp.) in Food Technology from Reputed Institute/
university.
- Responsible for Daily Manufacturing Activities. Production & Material Planning. Resource
planning.
- Coordination & Execution of R&d Product Development & Technical Transfer
- Possess Excellent Interpersonal, Analytical, Troubleshooting and Team Building Skills with Proven
ability in Establishing Quality Systems / Procedures and Planning / Managing Resources.
- Overall Development & Design of Nutritional Labelling Claim for all Products as per Fsaai
requirements.
- Manage all Quality Assurance Activities in Factory. Audited Existing Processes, Identified Critical
gaps and Designed New Corrective Procedures. Wrote Work Procedures and Trained Staff.
- Process Optimization By Changing the Process Parameter with Respect to Food Safety & Sensory Of
the Products.
- Conducted Internal Quality Audits in Coordination with Various Departments
- Process Improvement & Validation.
- Timely & Right Execution of Product Development Activities Including Formulation Development,
sensory Evaluation, Technology Transfer & R&d Documentation.
