Responsibilities: (Civil)
Responsible for Quality Inspection of Solar and Wind Power Projects.
Having experience in civil work, testing other items & equipment as applicable and knowledge of relevant IS / IEC codes applicable.
Lead QA QC team for all civil activities at project site.
Knowledge of Design mix, cube test, slump cone test, material analysis, compaction test, test the strength and consistency of rock formations, CTM calibration etc.
Raising FOM and NCR to vendors for deviation and provide optimum resolution.
Maintain QAP, SOP, Quality Checklists and SFQP.
Witness testing with MTC reports during inspection.
Responsible for IMIR activities.
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
