Job Description

K9HR Solutions Looking for Quality Control Engineer who should be following responsibility

Quality Assurance:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for mechanical components.

Perform regular inspections and testing of materials and products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Data Analysis:

Analyze inspection data and test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.

Problem Solving:

Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, determining root causes and implementing corrective measures.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality-related concerns and improve processes.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Provide training and support to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
