Job Description:

We are seeking 45 experienced QC Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in quality control within shutdown operations and possess certifications in API 510, 653, 570, or 580. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of mechanical systems and pressure vessels during shutdown activities. You will conduct inspections, review reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections on mechanical systems, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping during shutdown activities.

Ensure all inspection work complies with API standards (API 510, 653, 570, and 580).

Review and validate inspection reports, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

Monitor and assess the quality of welding, fabrication, and repair work during the shutdown period.

Collaborate with other engineers and the project team to identify and address quality-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of shutdown experience in QC engineering.

API 510, 653, 570, or 580 certification is mandatory.

Gulf return candidates are preferred.

Strong knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and quality control procedures.
