Job Description

Cultivation techniques for isolation and enumeration of microorganisms.

Biochemical activities and identification of microorganisms.

Microbiological examination of air, water, food, dairy and beverages products.

Procedures employed in clinical screening of various body parts for pathogenic

microorganisms.

Chemical and microbiological analysis of food products related to quality control system of

food processing industries.

Knowledge of current BIS specification and food safety and standard authority of India

(FSSAI).

Worked as a Food safety team leader in Midland fruits and vegetable Pvt. Ltd.

Production knowledge of canned food (like canned curried vegetable, Canned fruit pulp,

Canned fruit slice or whole, Canned tomato puree & other thermally processed fruits and

vegetable products), frozen fruits & vegetable products, frozen snacks (RTE products),

French fries, different types of Sauces and Jams.

Microbiological and chemical analysis of raw materials & finished products related to food.

Knowledge about GMP, GHP, hygiene and sanitation of processing area and surroundings

of food industries.

Knowledge about effluent treatment plant and analysis of related parameters like BOD, COD,

DO, Hardness, and TDS etc.

Update knowledge of documentation related to HACCP, FSSAI, ISO: :2005 & BRC.

Knowledge regarding internal audit of production area, storage area and quality control

department of food industries and documents related to it.
