Job Description

Ensuring adherence to the quality standards as per ISO 9001:2000 & ISO: system aspects and overseeing implementation of various stage of work flow using quality tools.

Expertise in managing cross-functional activities encompassing In-Process Quality.

Effective communicator with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, possess a flexible and result oriented attitude with analytical skills.

Well versed with ISO 9001:2008, ISO :2004 & OHASAS: :2007 standards & hand on experience in SPC, Internal Quality audits.

In Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Customer Complaints, Quality Control Systems, Inspection.

Planning/implementing technological changes as per PFMEA, 7QC TOOLS,5S, KAIZEN quality tools to enhance efficiency.

Modification in equipments, process flow, working practices consumables etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.

Analyzing Q. backs by using Pareto analysis, cause and Effect Diagram, 5-Why Analysis and Brain Storming to reduce process complaints, near miss and rejections.

Implementing various techniques for cost reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conducting tests, cost benefits analysis and implementation

Preparation of STP/SPC, SOP, Protocol and URS as per Regulatory and cGMP/GLP Requirements.

Responsible to Ensure that equipment related to QC area maintained/calibrated according to the schedules and maintains their records and log books.

Responsible for handle of OOS, incident and deviation.

Participate during Internal and external audits, including the Quality control Department.

Review of Quality Control Plan, Analysis planning.

Inspecting of Finish goods.

Stability Study and Maintained Record.

Sampling of Raw Material and their analysis by chemical and instrument method.
