Need Travel Industry Experienced only for Night Shift

Looking for a Quality Analyst for a Travel Based Company - Urgent Hiring- Experience candidate is preferred

1 Audits calls and Give feedback on strength and developmental areas to improve Executives sales performance

2. Coach the Executive, on identified gap areas, in order to increase the revenue and meet the sales target as defined by the stakeholder.

3. Knowledge improvement through refreshers (team huddles etc)

4. Recommendation for refreshers through TNI.

5. Communicate and ensure implementation of process updates.

6. Conduct live barge-ins, to build Executive Competencies.

7. Conduct RCA and share synopsis as and when required.

8. Good command in MS- Excel & preparing required report
