Identification of Training needs of Subordinates and Provide

training and support to quality assurance team members,

focusing on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

Selecting personnel responsible for quality in shifts.

Develop and maintain systems to ensure that facility adheres to

companys quality standards

Assist to set the manufacturing process to yield consistent

quality output.

Assist in improving the manufacturing process capability.

Ensure controlling non- conforming products & implementation

of corrective & preventive actions.

Monitoring quality performance for vendors/ sub contractors

and raw material suppliers.

Allocate responsibility and authority to subordinates.

Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificates,calibration, test results, inspection requests, non- compliance

reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials

delivered and other QA/QC documents

Handling independently customer complaints , audits and

Inspections and Resolution of the same to the satisfaction of the

Customers.

Root Cause Analysis.
