Job Description

Improving productivity & controlling cost of Quality

assurance dept.

 Implementation & maintenance of quality management

system such as IATF , OHSAS, EMS and ISO etc.

throughout the company

 Identification of Training needs of Subordinates and Provide

training and support to quality assurance team members,

focusing on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

 Selecting personnel responsible for quality in shifts.

 Develop and maintain systems to ensure that facility adheres to

company’s quality standards

 Assist to set the manufacturing process to yield consistent

quality output.

 Assist in improving the manufacturing process capability.

 Ensure controlling non- conforming products & implementation

of corrective & preventive actions.

 Monitoring quality performance for vendors/ sub – contractors

and raw material suppliers.

 Allocate responsibility and authority to subordinates.

 Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificates,calibration, test results, inspection requests, non- compliance

reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials

delivered and other QA/QC documents

 Handling independently customer complaints , audits and

Inspections and Resolution of the same to the satisfaction of the

Customers.

 Root Cause Analysis.

 Monitoring and Maintain Cost of Poor Quality.

 Good communication skills and presentation
