Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Overall supervision of performance of QC officers, QC supervisors & Hygiene supervisors.

· Monitoring the CCP’s and OPRP’s and documentation of the same.

· Ensuring plant sanitation and pest control programs.

· Training to different level of employees on HACCP, GMP, GHP.

· Preparation of Weekly Shift schedule of QC officers, QC supervisors & Hygiene supervisors.

· Assisting in Vendor audit.

· Assuring RM & PM inspection before unloading.

· Timely procurement of hygiene chemicals, protective gears and cleaning accessories for the plant cleaning.

· Maintaining Data log of customer complain.

Key Result Areas:

· Statistical process control of FGs.

· 100 % compliance of CCPs and OPRPs.

· Zero pest incidence in the plant.
