• Conduct Internal Process Audits, Line Challenge Audit, Vda Process Audits to Ensure that all Core Quality Systems

implemented, and Quality Tools are Being Utilized.

• Implementation and Execution of Automotive Standard Iatf- & Iso 9001:2015 with all the Recent Changes.

• Planning, Coordinating, Executing of Internal System Audits, Certification Audits, Customer Audits Till the Nc Closures.

• Resolving Customer Complaints Using Qc Tools like 8d, Fault Tree Analysis Etc

• Establish, Maintain and Improve the Quality Management System, Fit for Quality, Move@q, Drive Quality and Continuous

improvement Programs.

• Responsible for the Compliance of Customer Audits like Vw – Vda Audit, Msil- Revalidation, Hyundai – 4star Audit.

• Ensure the Adherence of Quality Portal and Documents Controls of the Plant.

• Analysing Incoming Parts Issues and Resolution in Participation with Suppliers and Global Counterparts.

• Improvement Co-ordinator of the Plant for the Kaizen Activities and Operator Certification Process.
