Quality Assurance Head (VDA Process)

Manage all operational activities of the Press shop & Weld shop to include: Plant capacity utilization, production level, quality objective meeting, plant related customer co-ordination.

Understanding of Customer Audit criteria & expectation.

Conducting Process audit, product audit, MSA, SPC & VDA.

Establishment and maintain quality assurance standaards, procedures, and controls

Ensure product quality and process performance.

Review defects observed at internal as well as OEM customers, initiate root cause analysis at supplier’s end, verify CAPA and effectiveness, 8D analysis, A3 analysis

Analysis of customer complaints using 8D analysis, A3 analysis. Root cause analysis, planning & execution of corrective & preventive actions.

Monitor the overall warranty claims, lot rejects from customer and suppliers in order to ensure targets are achieved

Candidate profile :

Graduate in Engineering from a premier institute.

Experience in relevant field / Our sized group.

Exposure in Sheet metal product quality
