Incoming/outgoing inspection of all raw materials/components & finished goods

Worked as auditors internally & able to conduct audit at supplier sites

Vendor evaluation / vendor inspection

Very strong knowledge in ISO 9001 standards & preferably knowledge in VDA

Well versed in NABL standards

Familiar with international material standards; able to analyse customer specific requirements.

Familiar with heat treatment process, case hardening, quenching, tempering, stress relieving, normalizing and priming.

Core knowledge in material management, forgings, gears

Core knowledge in castings for manufacturing of gear boxes used in wind turbines, iron casting (800 kgs to 3 tonnes), tubular formats, ring rolling and forged shaft

Preferably certificate holder in VDA and auditing experience in VDA Standards

Preferably experience in wind turbine industry as a quality assurance engineer

Excellent English speaking/writing skills & Knowledge in Hindi

Male, Preferably candidates in and around Chennai

Working independently and strong communication ability
