About Process:-

A Quality Analyst is a professional who evaluates products, systems and software to ensure they are free of defects and meet an organization's quality standards.

Title :- Quality Analyst

Location :- Powai, Mumbai

Requirement:-

QA should have been a caller herself for min. 2-3yrs in a sales process & min.

2yrs + experience as a Quality Analyst in any sales process preferably insurance & one for Life or Health renewal process

Must have good knowledge of excel & all reports related to Quality

Must speak read & write English, Hindi & Marathi

Candidate to be of Central & Harbour location only or 10kms within the office radius

Atleast 2yrs stability in previous jobs & should have not changed too many jobs in the last 3yrs for any reasons

Education:- Should be Graduate & above with minimum score of 65% in SSC, HSC & Graduation

Shift Timings :- Day Shift 9:30 am -7 pm

Weekly off:- 1st Saturday and All Sundays
