Quality Analyst:-

· Audit calls, emails and chats.

· Conduct regular feedback sessions for agents

· To conduct calibration session with operations and training team.

· Generating daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.

· Assistance for continual improvement.

· Discuss and explain the errors, and quality issues with team and provide guidance for improvement.

· Dip-check activity on weekly basis.

· Training NHT batches/Analysing OGT performance.

· Session basis on CAP & DAP. JCL, Brain storming sessions & Refresher session.

Skills & Abilities:-

· Excellent Communication and written skills

· Team handling/Management.
