Profile Name - Quality Analyst

Experience – Min 3 Years (Mandatory) in Call center/ Data Center

Note - MBA (In any Stream) Mandatory/ any master degree

Salary Range: Up to -4 Lacs

Job Description:

· To test the recorded inbound calls at MP dial 100

· Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point & Word Understanding of operations reports & MIS Job.

· Participate in calibration sessions with Quality/Operations.

· Training delivery of quality approved content - new hires, refresher and launch training programs.

· Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.

· Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieve
