Profile – Quality Analyst

• Roles and responsibilities

1. Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift and work from office.

2. Should be well versed with QC tools and methodologies.

3. Proficient with MS office and reports.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication.

5. Should have 1 year of experience as a QA with any international BPO.

• Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates must conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring.

2. Only candidate from international background can apply.

3. To create and publish regular audit reports with management.

4. To drive process improvement initiatives.

5. Identify gaps, provide feedback, call calibration and refresher sessions to agents and create audit reports.

Shift Time – Evening to Morning .

Week Off- Alternate Saturday's & All Sunday's - Fixed off
