Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Represent as organizations MR and take lead in implementation & improving Quality Management System (QMS) & Information Security management System (ISMS) across different sites and functions.
2. Lead and perform internal audits and conduct management meetings.
3. Creating & updating QMS & ISMS standards based on various audits findings and standard evolution of customer specific requirements.
4. Have great enthusiasm in education & adherence of the standards requirements across sites.
5. Continuously review standards to bring in updating of best practices.
6. Have good experience and exposure in QMS, ISMS, PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR standards.
7. Thorough knowledge & experience in implementation of ISO 9001.
8. Lead system audits at vendors and suppliers.
9. Lead QMS activity of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Conduct awareness & training sessions.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in QMS implementation.
3. Good leadership and communication skills.
4. Co-ordinate across sites to collect MIS & performance data.
