Planning and implementing internal audits/ process / Product Audit in

accordance with IATF :2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO :2018 and ISO

:2015, as per applicable QMS & EHS procedures and standards.

 Person should be Certified Internal Auditor for IATF-:2016, ISO 9001,

ISO , ISO , MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, PFD,

KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE.

 Handling Customer Audits, maintain documentation.

 Managing close-out and reporting status of audit findings, NCR, KPI targets

etc.

 Preparing statistics for management review and Conducting MRM.

 Identifying process improvements and preparing recommendations for QMS &

EHS development and implementation.

 Reviewing procedures for compliance with QMS requirements and current

practice recommending improvements as applicable.

 Reviewing project deliverables for compliance with quality criteria.

 Maintaining required Quality records by the QMS & EHS.

 Participate in reviews and workshops as required to promote the quality

objectives.

 Knowledge of quality requirements and processes.

 A demonstrable record of auditing quality processes.
