Excellent Data Wrangling skills - Ability to query, join, manipulate data (., create new variables as needed), automate processes.

Experience analyzing business and marketing program performance (., response, sales, incremental sales, net profit, customer profiling)

Strong knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Qlik (dashboarding), Hadoop, GCP and Microsoft Office preferred.

Subject Matter Expertise in sales, business, and financial reporting

Subject Matter Expertise in Customer Analytics, Customer Experience Analytics, Program Analytics

Ability to develop and support Business Performance Metrics and Reporting (BPR)

Familiarity with automotive service and parts business (not required)

Experience meeting with clients directly to understand business needs and discuss findings.

Ability to organize findings for business consumption create PowerPoints containing graphs and insights

Ability to present findings to the client and in team meetings.
