Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility on QC, Online QC & Analysis of Samples and reporting to the Manager.

• Prepare and issue of Q Certificate

• Verification packaging material as per our internal and buyers specification

• SOP, SSOP, Production Records maintaining and daily routine checks on records.

• Checking of antibiotic analysis of finished products like Shrimps and Fishes (Cultivated).

• Need to Performs the Microbiological parameters for water and Ice, Raw materials etc.

• Handling the customer audits and third party inspections for QC Lab

• Assisting the Operation Manager in any other job assigned as and when required.
