Roles and Responsibilities

Overall responsibility on QC, Online QC & Analysis of Samples and reporting to the Manager.

Prepare and issue of Q Certificate

Verification packaging material as per our internal and buyers specification

SOP, SSOP, Production Records maintaining and daily routine checks on records.

Checking of antibiotic analysis of finished products like Shrimps and Fishes (Cultivated).

Need to Performs the Microbiological parameters for water and Ice, Raw materials etc.

Handling the customer audits and third party inspections for QC Lab

Assisting the Operation Manager in any other job assigned as and when required.
