Technician - QC (2-3 Years)

Position: Technician- QC

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1500 - 1700 SAR

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience required.

Food Accommodation and Traveling provided by the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Inspection: Perform routine and non-routine inspections, tests, and analyses on materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Record and maintain accurate test results, including data entry, documentation, and reporting of any discrepancies or failures to the QC Manager.

Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and functioning correctly. Report any malfunctioning equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all QC processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Root Cause Analysis: In the event of product failures, perform root cause analysis and work with the team to propose corrective actions.

Sampling and Audits: Collect samples for testing from raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Participate in internal and external quality audits as needed.

Process Improvement: Work closely with the production and engineering teams to suggest improvements or adjustments to processes and products based on quality feedback.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: Previous experience in a QC or laboratory environment is preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control standards, procedures, and industry regulations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using quality testing equipment, tools, and software for documentation and reporting.
