Job Description

• To assist the QC department in preparing a quality assurance plan for all products. This plan shall be prepared considering national/international standards (ISO, EN, DIN, ASME).

• To assist QC department to ensure stage-wise inspection as per QAP is being done in routine and product does not proceed for next stage till inspection for particular stage gets completed.

• To assist the QC department in the timely calibration of all instruments in a factory.

• To assist the QC department to determine sampling quantity for inspection.

• To assist QC department in maintaining adequate inspection and test status in terms of under inspection / accepted/rejected.

• To assist QC department with preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection.

• To assist QC department to ensure that for each order required final inspection report is prepared and being attached with invoice. • To assist the QC department to ensure material traceability of all manufactured items.

• To assist QC department to ensure preparation of inspection records at all stages of inspection and testing

• To ensure execution of all instructions, verbal or written given by top management. Skills Requirement
