Responsibilities of Inspector Incoming QC:

• Responsibility is to inspect all incoming components in accordance

• All raw materials or components entering a facility should be verified that they conform to the quality of the incoming product as expected.

• Uses various measuring devices including: microscope, pin gauges, callipers, multi-meters, etc.

• Quality Control inspector is responsible for sampling all incoming raw ingredients. Inspection Reports.

• Should be follow ERP System on daily basis Strictly

• Keep Control Electric Consumption and clean equipment’s like plug, pin etc. on daily basis

Most common roles of Inspector Incoming QC:

• Reading blueprints and specifications.

• Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

• Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.

• Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
