QC Engineer

• Facilitates planning and development of quality control systems for specified products or processes.

• Collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists at vendors end to ensure customer and division quality

requirements are met. Visit vendors for pre delivery inspection.

• Periodic checking of Tools and Dies with vendors for their intended use. Monitor proper maintenance of tool life records.

• Developing and implementing quality control systems. Reviews design, manufacturing, and testing documentation.

• Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing

models.

• Tabulate and document data relating to products, processes, materials, its qualities and reliabilities. Also prepare and present

reports and metrics to Senior Management.

• Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions. Report NC for both

from customers and at vendor end.

• Offers technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis.

• Ensures contract compliance by reviewing and approving quality requirements for supplier purchase orders, manufacturing,

and other related services.
