QA Trainee (Full Time)

1. Conduct routine physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

2. Assist in performing microbiological testing to assess the quality and safety of products.

3. Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

4. Assist in maintaining accurate records of all quality control tests, including batch records, test results, and inspection reports.

5. Ensure proper documentation for incoming raw materials and finished products, including certificates of analysis (COA).

6. Support the creation and revision of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other quality documents.

7. Perform regular in-process quality checks during production, such as sampling, measuring, and evaluating parameters.

8. Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and product specifications.

9. Identify any deviations from quality standards and report them to the senior QA/QC team members.

10. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate test results.

11. Ensure equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained according to the schedule and company standards.

12. Assist in preparing for and supporting internal audits and inspections.

13. Participate in routine inspections of the production area to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.

14. Assist in conducting stability studies for pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet quality standards throughout their shelf life.

15. Record and monitor product stability data, including environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.

16. Support the investigation of quality complaints, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.

17. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.

18. Monitor product quality and suggest improvements in testing methods, processes, and procedures.
