Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Work in the agile environment with modern methodologies like Scrum, agile, etc.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of test procedures by working on Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases development with hands-on experience with tools like TestRail, Test Complete, etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with customer facing roles.

Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing functional/test documentation.

Perform testing activities like Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Stress Testing, etc

Organizing, monitoring defect management process, handling changes and conducting regression tests

Review and analyse system specifications.

Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.

Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

Report bugs and errors to development teams.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
