We are seeking a Senior QA Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through rigorous testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing such as functional, GUI, integration, and regression.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report findings.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, log, and prioritize defects.
- Lead the automation strategy and efforts, including framework selection, scripting, and maintenance.
- Mentor junior QA testers in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain documentation for all QA processes and test cases.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in manual testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Proficient understanding of Git version control.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Soft Skills:

Other Skills:
