Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are intended.
Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements
Should be able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
Reviews, comments and approves the vendors’ Quality Control Plans and monitor Company Quality system activities.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
Manages project audit program by certification agencies as well customer audits
Prepares and implements the project inspection strategy and Quality Management System.
Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across Corporate QMS.
