1 Prepare, implement and review quality system SOPs and ensuring compliance with legal and global standards
2 Review / Prepare QA plans and evaluate their accuracy. Make necessary amendments to the plan
3 Build/Design QA plans for critical projects in accordance with the standards, codes and guidelines adopted by the company, such as ASME, NBIC etc.
4 Review applicable regulations and statutory requirements to assure quality of products in order to minimize rejections, failures, reprocessing, and market complaints on finished products
5 Interacting with customer to address the Quality concerns and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken internally
6 Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and equipment specific specifications are met
7 Performing quality review of completed products and control records of critical process steps before release of the product to the customer
8 Lead activities to improve the Quality system so site certifications are maintained or reached
9 Troubleshoot quality problems and support production to address issues with timely corrective actions
10 Organize and conduct internal quality audits for product and process to close the non-compliances raised during the audits
12 Responsible for investigation and resolution of any deviations/NCRs from the required processes and quality related complaints. Responsible to close NCRs
13 Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training to stay updated on current needs of the industry
14 Manage employees of QC department, allocate work, oversee their day-to-day work, conduct performance reviews, participate in hiring process for QC department
15 Coordinate with Operations Head and ensure that correct material is issued to the production eng
16 Monitor, comply & report monthly all quality and safety related documents in accordance with ISO/ASME U-Stamp / AD2000 HP0
