Requirement of Development | QC |QA Manager Eligibility

– Graduate Textile Engineering () ,

10-15 Years Of Similar Experience

- Understand weave, pattern,

- Understand RM, Yarn, fibres, fabric Composition, Construction, blends, analysis

- Understand user’s applications and can support service

- Understand Process flow, procedure of Spinning, weaving, processing

- Understand and execute Physical, chemical analysis and process of Textile

- Understand and capable to provide solutions in spinning, weaving, process Defects and damages

- Capable of performing, analyzing and testing all kind of fibres, Yarn, fabrics, and final products of textiles.

- Capable of Controlling and assuring Quality of Finished Product of high quality Fabric As a Part of the Design & Development Responsibility, the key output shall be to ensure all New

Developments are being done on time and as per Customers Requirement. In this role you are responsible for

1. Design & develop new products as per customer’s requirements (Regular Textile, , etc)

2. Developments and documentation of all products for assigned product categories.

3. Analysis of samples received from various customers ( internal Mktg team, External Agents, any responsible for this business)

4. Develop & Commercialize new product along with Costing.

5. Budgeting of new developments & designs

6. All Materials testing’s and approvals ( Raw Material/ Product/ Process/ etc)

7. Product QC & QA

8. Quality approvals (Pre-production samples, Post Prodn. bulk, ready product for dispatches)

9. Claims/ Complaints , analysis & approvals

10. QMS ( Quality Management System)

11. Preparation Of Work instructions, SOP ( Systems Of Operating Procedures)

12. Implementation of Process Controls & Standard

13. As a part of the / responsibility to ensure the QUALITY of the Deliverables and on time in Full.
