QA Lead

• Having 4-6 years of experience in Web based Application

• Should have handled a team size 5-10 for at least 2 yrs.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience in analyzing specifications provided by the client and writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

• Review and validate the test results

BE/ BCA/ MCA/MCM or equivalent technical degree preferred

Any post graduate- Any specialization

• Define the project management process to be applied to the project.

• Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities

• Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.

• Track and report on progress to plan.

• Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.

• Coordinate management and technical decisions.

• Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

• Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
