Candidate Should be From FMCG Experience, Monitoring compliance with regulatory agencies as well as with customer, corporate and plant quality standards .To ensure the Quality of RM, PM, Intermediate & FG through intervention, inspection & testing. Managing the in-house laboratory, plant sanitation and pest control, GMP, HACCP & and other food safety and quality standards & SSOP. Carry out internal and external audits as per supplier approval & development program. Managing audits by customers or regulatory bodies. Give inputs on Quality, Regulatory and Compliance requirements for new product development projects. Ensuring compliance of various quality measures & standards and their documentation. Ensuring implementation of company standard and procedure (GMP QMS HSE), including safety. Adhering to hygiene as per guideline of Municipality Food Control Department, and to performing corrective action on their periodic visits. Preparing all required documentation for HACCP studies...
