Job Description:

• Inward in Process, Final Inspection of Product

• Calibration

• Awareness of ISO 9000 & 2015

•

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

• Design policies that align with overall strategy

• Guide and monitor Production, Quality, Systems, HR, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Planning and Collection teams to perform in line with expectations

• Follow-up with Plant In-charge for Daily Plan

• Verify Stock status & Authorize Closing Stock

• Discuss and resolve Material Rate Increases & Review Material requirements plant wise along with Shortages, if any.

• Assign Procurement tasks to Purchase Dept. Review Urgencies/Shortages

• Track Overall Sales progress and drive targets till month end

• Ensure that Daily sales, pending order, inward reports are sent by the respective function owner

• Commit Dispatch dates to Customers

• Adherence to funds requirement plans by ensuring customer payments on time

• Assist to Director in preparing strategic company communications to Suppliers, Customers, Business Partners, Channel Partners etc.
