QA Engineer

Experience : 4-9 Years

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Experience with software systems testing

Experience with test tools and applications

Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies

Strong troubleshooting skills, and capable of reviewing new features and developing functional tests against it

Ability to use scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell to automate some testing

Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts and protocols(TCP/IP, UDP, routing, switching)

Understanding of administering both Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems

Ability to configure networking equipment from a variety of vendors for use in a test environment

Experience with virtualization platforms including VMWare and KVM

Experience with Cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure

Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task

Have a passion for software quality and is a champion for the end user

Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work in a collaborative environment
