Job Opening: - Audio Call Quality Jobs with Call Centre background

Qualification: - Graduation.

Experience: - 1 to 2 years in Audio Call Quality Inbound and Outbound process

• Nature Job: Call Evaluation, Call Monitoring, Call Barging, Call Calibration, Conducting Quality sessions, Managing Escalations, Generating daily reports based on agent’s tain working knowledge of quality standards.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Handling Sales Audit Calls (Live, Recorded & Remote)

• Achieve Call Audit Targets within timelines & share feedback on timely basis and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Document the Calls Audited in the defined Template & share FeedbacK
