( 4-5 ) Years of work experience as a Python Developer (Flask/FastAPI) and should have hands-on experience in building applications from scratch.

Expertise in the fastapi / flask framework.

Experience with Machine learning Model Deployment is an added advantage.

Should have a good understanding of object-relational mapping (ORM).

Should have experience in REST API development using Flask or FastAPI.

The ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with architecture/designs.

Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time.

Self-learning, learning new technology and domain quickly, and working in a fast-evolving environment.

Must be a great team player and should be able to collaborate closely with designers, and the front-end team as well.

Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.

Coordinate with teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects.
