Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Preparing Sales orders to customers and Purchase orders to vendors.

? Handling both LPO & FPO from different departments.

? Coordinating with suppliers and own factories for price and on time deliveries.

? Coordinating with custmer for shipment and documents status

? Preparing Import, Export & internal transfer documents

? Complete involment in LC process including clauses,documents preparation etc.

? Preparing monthly and weekly sales report for accounts

? Dealing with all kind of processing issues; logistics issues, stock issues, shipping issues.

? Releasing orders, handling the shipping details.

? physical claims and updating of all transactions in the system.

? Coordinating delivery of payment with the sales and finance team

? Submitting LPOs, credit notes and list of fixed asset

? Handling weekly reports on progress of the work

? Coordination of daily works with the other departments

? Corresponding with overseas office regarding delivery status & pick up status

? Sending out status reports regarding loading shutouts & hold if any to respective origins

? Maintain a safe working environment by following established health and safety policies and procedures.

? Monitor daily cycle counts to verify proper inventory levels. Trace possible stocking or receipt errors, reconcile, document any variances to determine the root cause and implement a corrective or preventive action, process improvement.

? Prepared and implemented SOP for store / warehouse.

? Maintaining books of accounts and stock cards reporting to the Head of the accounts Department

? Issuing invoices/delivery notes and receiving finished materials, computer data entry and keeping the stock systematically

? Manual and automated stock control and maintaining and updating stock control register.

? Handle customer returns and exchanges via phone and mail to supply customer with complete satisfaction.
