Purchase/Vendor/Procurement Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage commercial procurement API, coordination &evaluation of procurement for all facilities of Strides.

Must have Regulatory knowledge – US/EU & WHO also well versed with Alternate vendor development.

Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.

Ensuring timely available of all materials required for timely launch of new product approvals.

Perform all procurement activities which include negotiation and preparation of supply contracts.

Negotiate and create rate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.

Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve supplies and reduce costs.

Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve savings and financial goals as well as de risking by managing alternate vendor developments.

Resolving queries related to quality complaints and/or rejections due to damages.
