(obtaining quotations, negotiations & preparing vendor comparison

statements).

PO management - Generating POs where required, tracking PO performance & maintaining purchase records.

Communicating with Projects to confirm product delivery, installation & quality check.

Approving vendor bills and processing vendor payments.
